Behind the Success: "Grandma's House" - Modern Thai Prefabricated Home in Rama 2
The "Grandma's House" project is a true story of family love, starting from Grandma's desire to create a warm and comfortable home for her grandchildren. She chose an auspicious location in front of the temple she built herself, in the Rama 2 area of Bangkok. This project is more than just a residence; it's a "Legacy of Love" that Grandma intends to give to her family by building a beautiful and practical prefabricated home.

Project Challenge: Extending Bedrooms in the Prefabricated Home On-Site
The interesting aspect of this project is the flexibility of the Prefabricated Home and Modular Home that Home Story Living proudly presents. Although the original size was 10 × 4 meters, Grandma wanted to extend both bedrooms by 1.5 meters each after the house was installed on-site. Our team was able to adjust and extend it immediately without dismantling the main structure. This is the advantage of the Modular system, which is designed for systematic expansion and meets the needs of Grandma's House.
This extension took only 15 days, including detailing, completing the entire Modular Home project within 60 days from the start of production to delivery.
